HOW TO FIND THE CONFERENCE VENUE

Conference venue is at the Main Building of the University of Tartu (Ülikooli 18).
Parallel sessions are taking place in auditoriums 139 and 140 at the Main Building (Ülikooli 18).
Plenary lectures are taking place in auditorium 139 at the Main Building (Ülikooli 18).

Registration table is located in the hallway of the Main Building (Ülikooli 18).
Information desk is in the room Ülikooli 18-138. Conference administrator’s office is in Ülikooli 16-204.
Coffee pauses are taking place at the University of Tartu Art Museum (Main Building, I floor, Ülikooli 18).

Film sessioon (October 21) is taking place in Zaal (Raekoja square 10, III floor).

For registered participants only:

Lunches are taking place at Restaurant Entri (Rüütli 9).
Welcoming reception (October 19) is held in Guild Hall of St. Anthony’s Guild (Lutsu 3).
Conference dinner (October 20) is held in Cafe Werner (Ülikooli 11, II floor).

INTERNET ACCESS

Most of the buildings of the University of Tartu and cafes in the centre of Tartu are covered with wireless internet connection (look for the sign WIFI on the door): www.wifi.ee/

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

Conference rooms will be provided with necessary equipment for presentations (computer, overhead, PP-projector, etc) and presenters will be granted technical assistance.

Presenters are asked to inform the conference administrator of required technical equipment by October 1st.
