Lifelong Learning Center of the University of Tartu offers totally web-based cource for educational staff of universities and vocational education institutions (teachers, trainers, instructional designers) - people who want to learn how to design and implement e-learning courses.
For participants from University of Tartu and other higher education institutions - no participation fee (from ESF project PRIMUS).
