On 17 October 2017, the University of Tartu will host a workshop with high-level speakers, led by the European University Association’s (EUA) Expert Group on Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisation.
The goal of the workshop is to discuss the universities’ role in regional policy-making and in developing smart specialisation strategies, as well as to set priorities for the post-Horizon 2020 period.
The workshop is organised by the University of Tartu in collaboration with EUA, Universities Estonia and Universities Finland. All university employees interested in these topics are welcome to participate. Further information and registration on the seminars` website.
The discussions are held in the context of Estonia’s presidency of the Council of the European Union and is addressed to leaders of European universities and policy-makers at different levels.
