Orientation course for international students
Welcome to Estonia, Tartu!
At the beginning of each semester, the International Student Service offers an orientation course for all new international students. The course, organized jointly by the International Student Service and the academic units of the university, is designed to help international students get to know each other, the university and the town.
The course includes:
meeting the staff of International Student Service;
introduction to the university's study system;
tour of the university, the library, and the town;
meeting the tutors.
The orientation course for new international students arriving for the autumn semester 2013 will be held from August 28th until August 30th, 2013.
Please make sure to be present at the orientation course, if you arrive later though, come to the International Student Service to get all necessary information.
Registration for the courses for exchange and visiting students is done during the first two weeks of a semester.
