INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS
FCE welcomes papers on biodiversity, taxonomy and ecology of fungi, lichens, bryophytes and algae from contributors anywhere in the world. Submitted manuscripts must not be published before and not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts should be in English; the Estonian Abstract is added by the Editor if the author has no ability to do it.
Submission of manuscripts
Electronic version of the manuscript should be sent by e-mail as a doc-file to the responsible for the subject field Member of the Editorial Board. The doc-file should be accompanied by pdf-file OR by one copy of the typescript sent by post to the same Member.
Text
This must be double-spaced, not styled, without underlines, tabs and bold. Scientific names should be in italics. Use Times New Roman 12 pt for the text. Consult the latest issues of FCE for guidance on format, organisation, and references. The manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages.

Tables
Tables must be self-explanatory and provided with a title. Each table should be presented on separate page outside the main text.
Figures
All drawings, diagrams, graphs and photos are considered as Figures. Each figure should be submitted in a separate file (pdf-, jpg-, tif- or eps-files are accepted). Printed figures are usually black-and-white; still, colour images can be published in the electronic version of FCE. Printing of colour images is exceptional and earlier consulting with Editor-in-Chief is necessary.
