Project FOODWEB organises an international seminar "Footprints of Food: from Data to Awareness" on 10th of October 2012 in Tallinn, Estonia.
The seminar is focused on interaction of food and environment, and environmental impacts of food production. How to proceed from food related data to awareness about healthy and sustainable food is also under discussion. The aim of the seminar is to provide information and also to create discussion between food chain organisations, state officials, NGOs as well as consumers.
