The Estonian Memory Studies Network in cooperation with the UT Institute of Government and Politics invites everyone to a book launch on March 9 at 14:15, at Lossi 36-103. The event will feature three recent publications by the network members, a monograph on transitional justice in the Baltic states as well as two anthologies in the fields of memory and mnemohistory. The authors and editors of all three books will be there to present and engage in discussion.
The following books will be introduced:
- Eva-Clarita Pettai and Vello Pettai: Transitional and Retrospective Justice in the Baltic States (Cambridge University Press, 2015)
- Siobhan Kattago (ed.) The Ashgate Research Companion to Memory Studies (Ashgate, 2015)
- Marek Tamm (ed.) Afterlife of Events: Perspectives on Mnemohistory (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015)
