Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies invites you to a public lecture entitled “The Baltic Sea region in the world economy – challenges and opportunities” by Pär Nuder, former Minister for Finance of Sweden.
Pär Andres Nuder has served as the minister for finance and he has been a member of the Swedish Parliament. Currently he is the chairman of the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (Tredje AP-fonden), worth 10 billion euros, and a board member of several private companies in Sweden. He is also senior counsellor of the global strategy firm Albright Stonebridge Group and advisor to Scandinavia’s largest private equity fund EQT Partners. His father, Ants Nuder, was one of the numerous Estonian refugees who fled to Sweden to escape the Soviet invasion at the end of the Second World War. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Stockholm University and he is a member of the President’s Advisory Council at the University of Tokyo.
