Peter Marton (PhD) (Corvinus University, Budapest) will give three open lectures during his visit to the University of Tartu:
"The 2011 Libyan intervention: A Foreign Policy Analysis perspective on intervening countries' decision-making" takes place on 7 September at 16:15-18.00, Lossi 36-104.
"The 2014 Crimean crisis and its various interpretations" takes place on 8 September at 14:15-16.00, Lossi 36-104.
"International burden-sharing: The experience of the last decade and a half" takes place on 10 September at 16:15-18.00, Lossi 36-104
Peter Marton is lecturer of International Relations at Budapest Corvinus University, his research interests include foregin policy analysis, security studies, counter terrorism, coalition burden-sharing. He has edited a book together with Nik Hynek entitled "Statebuilding in Afghanistan" and his recent publications also include an article with Jan Eichler "Between willing and reluctant entrapment: CEE countries in NATO’s non-European missions" in the journal Communist and Post-communist Studies (2013).
