How to apply?
The applicants are required to meet all admission requirements and submit the full package of application documents (please find more information on the website of your chosen study programme). All applicants from target countries applying for the eligible master's programmes are automatically considered for the stipend, no addtional application is needed. Stipends are allocated to the best applicants based on the admissions ranking lists (each programme separately). Only well motivated candidates with good academic performance and properly prepared admission package are considered. The students who have not graduated by the admission deadline are still eligible, provided that the rest of the admission documents are properly prepared. We do not request for any additional documents to be submitted except for the ones required by the study programme(s) you are applying for.

Like last year, the best applicants will be offered stipend (no additional application needed) and we inform them about receiving the stipend together with the admissions notifications. Payment of the stipend will be in September 2019, after arrival to Tartu and signing of a respective stipend agreement.
