Armenian Minister of Education and Science and Rector of the Tbilisi University are holding public lectures
University of Tartu is hosting two official delegations during the period of 22 to 27 of September to develop cooperation with Armenia and Tbilisi State University.
Within the visit Mr Armen Ashotyan the Minister of Education and Science of Republic of Armenia and Prof Vladimer Papava the Rector of the Tbilisi State University are performing with public lectures.
Armen Ashotyan is a laureate of Movses Khorenatsi Medal and a Candidate of Medical Sciences. He is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia and current Minister of Education and Science. He has written over two dozen research works and papers.

Vladimer Papava is a Professor of Economics, Academician of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences and current Rector of the Tbilisi State University since August 2013.
