Public lecture on the European Gas Hubs
"EUROPEAN GAS HUBS DYNAMICS AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES ON COMPETITION, PRICE AND SECURITY"”
on 29 April 2013, 16.15 at Lossi 36, room 214.
Patrick Heather, Senior Researcher of the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies (the world leading research centre on natural gas markets), will give a public lecture on "European gas hubs dynamics and their consequences on competition, price and security".
The lecture will address the following questions: What is the gas hub? Is there a hub-based price? What is an expected price dynamic? What are differences between various gas hubs in Europe? What are the prospects for a gas hub in Baltics? What is the future for LNG?
The public lecture takes place in the framework of the Jean Monnet European Module on energy and climate policy.
