7th conference of the International Society for Child Indicators "Children of the World: The Touch of Change. Theories, Policies and Practices"
Child indicators research has advanced enormously since the International Society for Child Indicators was launched in Oslo in 2005. Six ISCI international conferences have been held in different parts of the world. The 7th ISCI conference will be an opportunity to reflect on progress and to envisage the future of child indicators research in an increasingly complex world.
We invite researchers, practitioners, policy makers and child advocates from across the world to share and discuss original research and their implications for policy and interventions. Presentations will encompass a broad range of topics related to child indicators research that bridges research, policy and practice in time and space. We welcome new approaches to understanding children’s wellbeing and to enhancing the connections between theory, policy and practice.
